Transitioning from the Connexoon App to Somfy Tahoma App
From 14th May 2025, the Connexoon app will be replaced by the TaHoma by Somfy app, offering an enhanced user experience, additional features and expanded compatibility. The Connexoon Window RTS hub will remain available for purchase whilst stock lasts and is forward compatible with the TaHoma by Somfy app from this date. From Tuesday 25th November 2025, the Connexoon app will be deactivated.
New Activations
- All new Connexoon Window RTS hub activations from 14th May 2025, will take place via the TaHoma by Somfy app.
- For seamless activations, users will be directed to the TaHoma by Somfy app via the QR code on the new quick start guide.
- Updated quick start guides will be included in product packaging to ensure a smooth setup.
- The Somfy-Connect activation will be automatically redirected to ensure no new activations are left behind.
Existing Users
- Existing users will receive in-app notifications and emails guiding them through the migration from Connexoon to TaHoma by Somfy.
- An online guide will be available, detailing the process, key differences, and new features.
- Users will simply need to download the new app and login using their existing Connexoon account.
- All Somfy devices will be automatically transferred and paired in the app, ensuring continuity of service.

Additional Somfy Control Options
Remote Controls: Functionality is in the palm of your hand with Somfy remote controls, so you can control all your solutions at once. The remotes are suitable for all Somfy RTS solutions.
Wall Mounted Controls: Install a wall-mounted switch for room-by-room control. The Smoove wall mounted control is available in three finishes for the display screen and seven contemporary frame colours to suit any décor
Sun, wind and temperature sensors: Sensors give your home a life of its own. Sun sensors will automatically lower your window furnishing, a wind sensor will retract your awning if it gets too windy or will raise external screens to prevent the fabric tearing; and an indoor temperature sensor will adjust your blinds based on a preset amount of sunlight and inside temperature
